The solid wall winding pipe equipment produced by Interplast Machinery Co., Ltd. is mainly used to produce underground jacking pipes, hollow wall winding pipes, inner pipe, imitation carat pipe, double plastic composite pipe joints, and insulation pipes; the first two applications Thick-walled tubes are mainly used, and thin-walled tubes are used in the latter application. The thickness of the tube can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness and distance of the sheet. The operation is flexible and simple, and tubes of different thickness and diameter can be produced at will
The pipes used for pipe fittings are mainly thick-walled pipes. After the production of thick-walled pipes, they need to go through the milling head of the machine tool, weld the electric fuse mesh or electric fuse, etc., to ensure that the finished plug is directly welded to the pipe for normal use.
The equipment mainly includes: forming machine, cutting machine, sheet head, pipe bracket.
